You will not believe it but I like the bananas most becoz of sweet soft n tangy flavour mix up. I sometimes cut extra banana for my self. I liked ur recipe. Try making banana(ripe) bhajias with besan.The banana becomes pulpy, sweet inside, with outside crisp covering. Actually when I make fruit chaat at home, I do put bananas along with other fruits.
